Ygoals, bringing the community together.

This new development is more than just football!

The vision is to provide a safe space where people can come together to have fun, taste great local food while enjoying good music. The two beautiful astro turfs are built on the YMCA Rotary campsite in Strandfontein which can host up to 150 people in the chalets. Partnering with local NPC Exuberoot we look to transform this space into a venue which will promote positive change and growth.

Since the astro turf was installed back in June 2018, the space has grown enormously putting hundreds of smiles on the faces of our people in the #CapeFlats during the process. Beside the campsite already having pools and a few braai areas, we now have a 9 hole putt-putt course, more braai areas and a rock climbing wall! The space is also now home to the communeversity of South Africa, a pre college full time 3 month program as well as a soccer skills school.

The focus is to bring joy to the #CapeFlats and provide a space close to home where safe, matured fun can be had.
