Hey good pple,Dinner is here,if you are craving for veggie(Tsunga) with Peanut butter,but you dont hv peanutbutter at home ,Try my Recipe😋
1)Wash n chop your veggie,in a pot fry onion ,tomatotes n put your veggies ,n salt to taste ,cover the pot m let it cook on medium heat
2) In a pan put your peanuts roast the them until well roasted.
3)ln a tray transfare the well roasted nuts,roll the nuts using a rollingpin,to remove skin.
4)Seive to to separate the nnuts n skin
5)Put (skinless )nuts into blender,blendwell until resembles finely breadcrumbs
6)Add the blended nutts into your Veggies ,mix n let it cook for 10m
7)Ready to eat n Enjoy

In a bowl put,,,

3boiled n grated potatoes
1tspn green onion
1tspn parsley
Spices of your choice
1egg
1/4cup cornflour
Mozarella cheese(optional)
Salt n pepper to taste.
Mix all ,,when its well mixed,transfare the mixture into a piping,
On a medium heat put oil in a pan.when the oil is heated,squeeze the mixture in to the pan frm the Piping pack.
Fry until golden brown
