These issues include undisclosed defects, refusal to refund, poor customer service.

Many of us have taken our complaints to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA) and the National Consumer Commission (NCC), but our cases have been dismissed without proper resolution. This has been a pattern since at least 2020, affecting multiple buyers.
