Our friends at the Firebird Cafe are hosting their annual OLD SCHOOL BMX SHOW on the 11th of November 2023 at 9am. Come through to see some of the coolest old school 70,80s and some 90s bmx bicycles. The categories are 1) Beat survivor 2) Beat restoration, 3) Best custom bmx bike. The overall bike of the show will be announced. There will be trophies for all winners as well as some riding on the day ie: Longest nose wheelies, longest 180, pit races, etc. There will also have loads of event merchandise like T-shirts, posters and coffee mugs on offer. The coffee shop will be open as well as a lunchtime boerie braai…. You definitely don’t want to miss this one.
