🍅I made a groovy salsa this weekend and ended up using it on everything. It was amazing 🍅 Here are the ingredients 👉
1 tin of tomatoes
1 fresh Roma tomato
A bunch of cilantro
A clove of garlic
1 chilli with seeds out
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
💫 Blitz together and enjoy on eggs, nachos, grilled fish or chicken and everything in-between!

Here's a simple recipe for Roasted Vegetable Hummus - using all the veg in our bags ☺️

*Ingredients:*

- 1 cup canned chickpeas
- 1/2 cup roasted vegetables (such as carrots, beetroot, sweet potatoes, or cauliflower)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: paprika, cumin, or other spices to taste

*Instructions:*

1. Roast your chosen vegetables until tender.
2. Let the roasted vegetables cool.
3. Blend the cooled vegetables with chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt.
4. Add olive oil and blend until smooth.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
6. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or crackers. Enjoy!
