Certainly a bit different. Working for an out of town team from up north in the over 60’s Cricket Tournament, doing alignments and fixing sore and tired bodies. It’s been loads of fun and great to see the positive affects of this treatment 🤩🙌🏻

Haven’t always been much of a swimmer, running was always more my game. But I have always wanted to do a mile (1.6km) swim event. Today I did it! It felt like forever and I wanted to bail after 50m but I made it! The most important thing to remember is that you are ALWAYS stronger than you think are. 🎉🙌🏻🤩

My assistant is having a nap while I do some admin before my next client arrives. This week we have some new clients who are giving my treatment a go for the first time. I always say to everyone, try as many treatments as you can until you find one that works for you.

What a year it’s been. The biggest thing that I’m taking from this year is that I’ve learned a lot. A lot of lessons, a lot about myself and a lot about the world. Thank you to all my clients who allowed me to help them this past year in healing their aches and pains. I’m so blessed to be able to do what I do 🙏🏻❤️

Oh I do love Christmas 🎄.Christmas Eve is one of my favourite occasions and I have experienced some very special ones. Counting my blessings that I get to share this time with my loved ones. ❤️🧑🏻‍🎄

The very talented lady makes the most deliciously beautiful candles I’ve ever come across . I use them every day while I’m seeing clients or just want to be in a space that smells divine. So excited to find her at the Xmas market at 3 Arts! 🥰🙏🏻🎄

Ain’t nobody got time for any pain especially at this time of year when we are all trying to wrap up work and be properly prepared for the festive season. So now is your chance to book a last minute appointment to get your bodies back on track 🙌🏻

December has been my favourite month since I was small. Possibly because of Christmas, holidays or also because it’s my birthday month…
I think people also try harder to reach out and be sociable. It’s also summer time here so it’s fun to get out and about and do things. Whatever the reason, I hope you all have a wonderful end of this year and that you are at peace with whatever you are doing. 🙏🏻❤️

I noticed this more recently in my yoga classes, that people taking the class couldn’t understand why they were still experiencing pain in certain areas of their bodies even though they had been practicing yoga which strengthens you. These people were confused as to how they had gained the injuries they were experiencing.
