Let the fun begin. Quotation work for a braai room

The client in Rondebosch ask me to quote for nutec fencing. Scraped off all loose flakey paint, high pressure hose, more scraping. Applied primer, installed already primed nutec planks, sprayed on dark charcoal onto steel and planks. Job done ✔️

I received a call from a client who had purchased a fridge that didn't fit into the designated area. She asked if I could devise a solution, and I agreed to assist. The solution involved dismantling the cupboard, modifying the horizontal panels, drawer fronts, and doors by cutting them, adding new edging, and refitting all the omponents.

Next project for the property in Rondebosch, is fence cladding. All the loose flakey paint has been scraped and brushed off, high pressure wash, and sanded. Next will be galvanized primer.

Glassmen Retreat, my number one guy for Aluminum windows, slider doors, shower panels, glass balustrades. When installing windows, always make sure your dpc is in on the sides, and the window cill. A waterproofed angle is installed at the bottom of the door. Once all is plastered and painted, all corners gets sealed by the installer.

Recently we removed the old deck, and extended it a bit. All Balau wood and decking cables.

A small maintenance job done. Plaster patch, paint, remove old floor and grind off the bitumen, paint floor, add new wall plugs, clean up shower floor.
