Spent some time at Bloubergstrand this morning. A good time to clear the mind and just take in everything around you! Got to deploy a kite twice my size too! 😂 Simpler than it looks though!

To those that don't know, I indeed photograph more than only landscapes! 😅 Sometimes, it's just fun to snap pictures of the kiddies and grandparents playing outside. Being 'new' in the world of photography is a bit daunting some days, but it takes the whole of 10 seconds to get comfortable in any setting! Early next year I'll be jumping into gear and offering a few decent starter deals for the year go come!

Another scenic hike on Table Mountain's pipe track yesterday! The eyes see so much more than a camera can capture, and pictures definitely don't always do an experience justice. We take pictures though, because they tend to give us that nostalgic feeling we had in the moments they were taken, and often they allow is to remember in so much more detail!

Going into 2021 with a newfound respect for a camera, and the greatest passion for what still lies ahead! Look out for a few deals over the coming days, while I keep running around like a mad person... with a camera in hand!

Took a drive to Franschoek, and what a beautiful country we live in. I feel like we don't always take enough note of all the beauty around us, while we try and keep up with our busy daily lives!

Had a blast with two of my friends at Jonkershoek Nature Reserve yssterday. First hike in a long time, but definitely a sight for sore eyes!

Imche is on a mission of her own today. It's wonderful watching kids play, because in the most unexpected moments you see them learn new things. Got to love watching them keep busy at this age! Praise the Lord for the privilege we've received to watch them grow up!

A few of the first snaps of the Raath twins I took, just having fun and getting to learn a new trade. I'll tell you that kiddos aren't easy targets for a camera, especially if they can walk - not mentioning RUN!

I think one of the biggest challenges we face in the world today, is self-doubt. We think about whether we're capable of learning new things, and trying new things and more often than not - we shoot ideas down because we doubt ourselves.

Go out today and do something you've doubted you could do. It's the quickest way to prove yourself as well as the people who said you couldn't, wrong. I'm learning a new skill, and it's a challenge but believe me when I tell you that you can do anything you put your mind to.

Taking the leap to start a business of your own is no easy task. I've spent hours on hours thinking and planning goals to this new venture. What do I want to achieve? What can I do for others? What do I want to achieve with this as an individual? There are answers to everything, but I don't have them all.

All I know is that when these vellies hit the feet, I gotta dance to the beat! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤪
