After a very quiet Day 1 with no action for any of our three teams, the fish finally started showing themselves on Day 2!

A massive congratulations to Frank "The Tank" on landing a beautiful 15.8kg common carp 💪🐟. Meanwhile, Juan and Derrick also managed to get in the action with a few non-weighers, keeping the spirits high and the confidence growing.

The traps have been reset, the rods are ready, and everything is in place for the final push. 🎯

Now it's all down to the last day of the competition. Let's see what surprises Roodekoppies has in store and hopefully a few more monsters find their way into the nets! 😎🎣🔥

💥💥💥 PB Time for Dylan 💥💥💥

Dylan and Deon Engelbrecht fished Roodekoppies his past weekend in the cold front that came in.

The struggle was real with the wind blowing hyacinth in and out of the bank and limiting time to get lines in the water.

Saturday night 23h00 a window opened and Dylan dropped his lines. Baited with cooked particles and enhanced with Lunker H**p Oil, Corn Oil and Psycho Skitzo liquid attractor in the feed. Hook bait of choice was a Tropical Tigernut with a fake maize.

At 05h00 on Sunday morning his rod ripped of and fighting through the hyacinth, he managed to land a colossal new PB of 21.2kg. A huge congratulations on your new PB 🎣🎣🎣

Deon also managed to land a common carp of 11.8kg. His hook bait of choice was a Lunker Pineapple Tigernut tope with half a Psycho Baits Baits Pineapple Pop-Up.
