This week marks 6 months of learning the ins-and-outs of business in Botshabelo, the 2nd largest township in South Africa.
Here are 5 honest lessons we've learnt over the past 6 months of being open...
1. It takes time to build trust in a new community.
2. Taking time to listen to patients is worth every moment.
3. Every patient appreciates it if you go the extra mile/put in effort- if it is doing extra test/referring for further care or allowing them to follow up.
4. The word of mouth/refer a friend is still the most power marketing tool.
5. Patient satisfaction improves 10x when you give an injection.💉😅
