Kaybin manufactures custom‑moulded and cut rubber gaskets for flexible, leak‑free sealing between metal faces and housings, where compression, resilience, vibration absorption and chemical compatibility are critical in real‑world service.

WHERE THEY GO
Used in pumps, fl**ges, tanks, CIP systems and OEM machinery, this range also covers rubber washers for cushioning, insulation, spacing and vibration absorption, SQ rings with square profiles for static sealing under compression, and heavy‑duty D‑rings as alternatives to O‑rings in fl**ges, clamps and tank lids.

HOW WE SUPPLY
Components are manufactured from elastomers matched to media, pressure and temperature – NBR for oils, fuels and general industrial duty; EPDM for water, steam, CIP and cleaning chemicals; neoprene for abrasion and outdoor exposure; silicone for food‑grade, high/low temperature stability; FKM (Viton‑type) for aggressive chemicals and higher temperatures; and natural rubber for high resilience and vibration with thickness and hardness selected to suit sealing pressure and fl**ge condition. WHAT THEY DO
Provide compressed, static sealing between ferrules and union faces so hygienic and process lines stay leak‑free during operation, CIP and SIP.
