☀️ Introducing Ceracoat™ Solar Panel Protection
At Solarvest, we can supply and professionally apply Ceracoat™ to your solar panels, helping protect your investment and maintain peak system performance.
Ceracoat™ is an advanced ceramic coating designed specifically for solar panel glass. It creates a durable, hydrophobic barrier that helps reduce dirt adhesion, making panels easier to keep clean and allowing more sunlight to reach the solar cells.
Key Benefits:
✔ Reduces dirt and dust build-up
✔ Improves water runoff and self-cleaning properties
✔ Helps maintain optimal light transmission
✔ Reduces cleaning requirements
✔ Protects against environmental contaminants
✔ Supports long-term system performance
Whether you're installing a new system or looking to enhance an existing one, Ceracoat™ is an excellent addition to your solar maintenance strategy.

⚡ Powering a truly off-grid future.
At The Heights in Mtunzini, Solarvest delivered the central energy system that helps power a unique 19-home off-grid estate. Excess solar energy generated by individual homes feeds back into the shared energy hub, creating a resilient and efficient energy ecosystem.
A great example of how smart energy design can support long-term sustainability and energy independence.

St Anne's Diocesan College , Hilton | Solarvest Case Study ☀️
Discover how this grid-tied solar system helps St Anne's Diocesan College reduce electricity costs by lowering grid consumption, while also cutting diesel usage during power outages by reducing generator run time.
A smarter, more efficient energy solution designed for long-term savings and reliability.

Another high-performance installation completed at St Anne’s Diocesan College.
This system features:
• 360 × Aiko 620W panels
• 1 × 125kW Sungrow inverter
• 2 × 33kW Sungrow inverters
• Sungrow COM100 integration with a COMAP smart generator controller
The COMAP controller communicates directly with the Sungrow COM100, allowing the solar and generator systems to operate seamlessly in unison during grid outages. This intelligent integration prevents grid feedback and dynamically throttles solar production when the generator is running, improving overall system efficiency and reliability.

13 years.
Zero servicing.
One major breakdown later.
This Victron Energy inverter kept running for over a decade before dust buildup and neglected maintenance finally caught up with it.
The reality is simple:
Regular is protection for your investment.
A professional clean, inspection, and preventative service could have easily added another 5+ years of reliable operation by:
• Preventing overheating
• Improving airflow and cooling
• Reducing component stress
• Catching failures before downtime happens
If your inverter runs daily, maintenance matters.
Don’t wait for failure before giving your system attention.
Check out this system at Linc church in Salt Rock. Greatful for the work we could do for this wondeful community 😎

Linc Church Solar Install ⚡️☀️
A powerful system built for efficiency and reliability.
• 4 × 30kW SigenStore inverters
• 24 × 8kWh batteries
• 120kW gateway
• 284 × 615W AIKO panels
We installed an energy meter at the main incomer to ensure excess solar isn’t wasted — instead, it’s redirected to support a nearby housing complex.
The site also includes a 300kVA generator, smartly integrated so it only kicks in when battery levels drop below 20%, and shuts down seamlessly when grid power returns.
Smarter energy. Maximum utilisation. Reliable backup.
Check out this project in Utunzini we got a chance to be a part of 😎.
