-Looking for experienced call centre agents in and around the Ballito area
-Computer literate, using connex, veriseal and familiar with the dialler
-must have call centre experience and experience in outbound calls
-Refrences
-own reliable transport.

We are looking for a target driven manager who can assist in running our floor and motivating agents to reach daily target.

This person needs to have the following:

- Dialer experience
- Know how to operate Connex systems
- Dealt with local dialing and UK dialing
- Management experience in a call Centre
- Target driven

Receptionist duties and responsibilities of the job

• Diary management and management of meetings.
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
• Greeting all visitors
• Transferring calls as necessary
• Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
• Performing ad-hoc administration duties
• Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
• Assisting with mail as required
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
