Core drilling of holes in concrete/brick walls, suspended slabs (floors), beams columns etc. for plumbing, A/C, electrical etc. from 12mm to 900mm in diameter. Deep core drilling - to any depth the customer requires. Creating openings in concrete/brick walls and suspended slabs for doors ways, windows, lift-shafts etc. Removal of concrete suspended slabs, beams, walls, columns etc. Rigging of concrete blocks. Removal of all concrete cut off site if required.
Recently we assisted PG Bison in demolishing 2 large concrete machine support walls. Wire sawing was the method used due to the thickness, almost 1m thick. 💪

Last week we were recognised for our participation in the renovation of Pick 'n Pay Newmarket at the Lemon Tree Shopping Centre in Alberton.
This is the first time that we have been recognised and presented with a certificate!
We are grateful for the work and opportunity to show what we are capable of.
We created a total of 330m of trenching in the concrete floor for plumbing and refrigeration drainage, amounting to 660m of floor sawing and 12m³ of concrete removed.

Created an opening through a 260mm to 300mm thick concrete surface bed (ground slab) for a recycling machine conveyor, dimensions 8.5m x 3m. 17-ton of concrete removed, cut out in 3 blocks weighing 5.7-ton each. The slab ended up being a double slab, total of 6 blocks rigged out with the overhead crane in the warehouse

Created an opening in a 330mm - 390mm thick concrete sewage tank roof, dimensions 9.5m x 3.7m. Cut out in 2 blocks weighing 15-ton each.

2.4m wide x 950mm high (2.28m2) cut in 3.5 hours
Trimmed down a pile in an atrium approx. 100mm lower than soil level so that it could be covered.
