Podium Project

Our Co-Founder, Sheana Hamill, will be a guest on Here & Now with Amanda Sapp on KPFT 90.1 FM! Tune in live Tuesday, July 21 from 9:00–9:30 AM CST or stream at kpft.org.

When we launched the Podium Project, we saw firsthand that some women were ready to say yes to finding their voice and stepping onto bigger stages, while others had to say no or wait because of financial barriers.

That’s why our Scholarship Fund matters so much.

It helps more women access the support, coaching, and visibility-building opportunities that can change the trajectory of their careers and lives.

This Sunday, July 12, in partnership with The Sesh Foundation, we’re hosting a Gives Back event to support the fund: a Chloe Dao x Podium Project shopping event and a community brunch afterward.

Chloe Dao is a celebrated Houston designer, boutique owner, and AAPI woman entrepreneur. Her boutique will be donating 15% of proceeds to the scholarship fund.

We'd love for you to join us for one or both — or consider making a donation if you can’t attend.

Every bit helps us create more access for women who are ready to be seen, heard, and recognized.

We’re proud to share that our co-founder, Sheana Hamill, has been named a finalist for the Global Prestige Award 2026 by Women in Cloud in the Ecosystem Builder category. 🎉

This recognition reflects the work Sheana has been building through Podium Project, Womenthology, and her broader commitment to community, visibility, and opportunity for women and underrepresented leaders.

At Podium Project, we believe visibility is not vanity. For women, especially women of color, it is infrastructure for income, influence, leadership, and access.

And access cannot depend only on who can afford it.

This is why we’re building an ecosystem rooted in speaker development, storytelling, partnerships, sponsorships, support for women- and minority-owned businesses, and the Podium Project Scholarship Fund.

🙌🏽 More women recognized.
🙌🏽 More women on stages.
🙌🏽 More opportunity in circulation.

Congratulations, Sheana and thank you to for recognizing ecosystem builders creating access by design.
