We are proud of you, Damian!💚💙

Damian Brennan didn’t just cross an ocean, he crossed into the top tier of professional rodeo.
Hailing from Injune, Queensland, Australia, the 26-year-old saddle bronc rider has turned a long-shot journey into one of the sport’s most consistent and impressive climbs.
Today, he sits 6th in the PRCA World Standings, already a three-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier, and very much in the hunt for more. But Brennan’s rise didn’t happen by accident. It started with a bold move.
Leaving Australia behind, he came to the United States to attend Western Texas College, balancing life in the classroom—studying welding and agricultural business—with the demands of rodeo. It didn’t take long for people to notice.
In 2022, Brennan was named PRCA Saddle Bronc Riding Rookie of the Year, a clear signal that a new contender had arrived. And he hasn’t slowed down since.
He captured the College National Championship in 2023, then followed it with a breakout 2024 season that saw him finish as the PRCA Reserve World Champion. Along the way, he claimed victories at some of the biggest rodeos in the world—RodeoHouston, the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, and The American—proving he could win anywhere, against anyone. Then came the numbers.
In 2024, Brennan set a new PRCA regular season earnings record in saddle bronc riding, bringing in more than $280,000 before the National Finals even began. By his mid-20s, he had already surpassed $1.1 million in career earnings.
But what really defines Damian Brennan isn’t just the wins—
it’s the consistency. Week after week, rodeo after rodeo, he shows up ready, confident, and capable of matching the very best in the world. No shortcuts. No drop-offs. Just steady, high-level performance.
From the Australian outback to the brightest lights in rodeo, Brennan’s story is still being written. And if the pace he’s on is any indication—he’s just getting started.

💙💚 What a great group of young men and young women it has been to be around this year. Their hard work, character, and dedication have made this season special, and they represent the Westerners the right way every day. They also proved at this year’s Athletic Banquet that they clean up pretty good too! Proud of each and every one of them.
