Thank you so so much to all my clients who have taken the leap of faight and booked with this me for the first time, and to all those of you who continued to support my little business over the past 8 months.

I have moved to The Netherlands in March of 2020 at the very start of the pandemic, with very little vorsight into when and in what format will it be possible to work again. Contact workers were in a bit of a pickle, because touch was something of a persona non grata while coronavirus was reeking havoc across the planet.

I have first set up a "home-delivery" format and saw my clients in their homes for massages, which made it safer for everyone, and it reduced the financial risks of renting a studio in a time when everything could be shut down at a minute's notice.

But as the vaccination program progressed, with the start of this year it felt like we have all turned the corner. I have made a decision to rent a space in Zeestraat, and the rest is history.

You have no idea how much this means to me. It's been the most challenging two years, but all was worth it seeing that so many of you keep coning back for massages and leave such positive e feedback after. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

you truly are a gem! It was such an incredible experience to join thousands of runners and wander through familiar streets and corners. One thing though, we didn't really get to run be the pier, but oh well. One could see it from a distance and that's good enough I suppose!

1:47min, not the best, not the worst

New running season starts this coning Sunday! First on the list: - a 10 mile run that takes you on a lovely course from the dam in Amsterdam to the dam in Zamdam (known to some as Zamsterdam). Cheer me on if you can!

I suppose there is a very few things I won't do for attention, and so running a 59km ultra on an Easter Sunday --the day when Jesus himself decided he was too extra to stay still-- was kinda on brand! And boy, what a great running event that was. Lots of beautiful French men, some amazing scenery, most of which included handsome French runners in the foreground, and it's also worth mentioning there very good looking French men that participated in the event...

On a serious note, following the trials and tribulations of last week's Rotterdam marathon, this fifty-niner felt like a piece of cake.

And yes, since so many of you have inquired about this, a piece of cake is indeed my go-to-place for marathon nutrition.
