This time last year, I was in the hospital with no platelets, facing a health situation I never expected and feeling incredibly vulnerable. Everything slowed down, and I had no choice but to pay attention—to my body, my faith, and the people God was placing around me.
Looking back now, I can clearly see the Lord’s hand in every step. I am deeply grateful for the people He brought into my life during that season—those who shared knowledge, encouragement, prayer, and practical support—helping me make changes that supported my health and healing.
Through Good Scents, I’ve learned that wellness is about more than products. It’s about stewardship, obedience, community, and taking one faithful step at a time with the tools God provides.
I’m thankful for how far I’ve come, for what I’ve learned, and for the grace to continue this journey with intention and hope.
