OCTOBER IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH. 💜
This one is personal.

I stand with authentic survivors. The ones who found their way out. The ones still finding their way. The ones rebuilding. The ones learning what safety feels like again. And the ones courageous enough to speak so somebody else knows they are not alone.

And I’m equally firm about this: domestic violence is NOT a storyline for attention, sympathy, clout, retaliation, or personal gain. Fabricating or stealing another survivor’s experiences does a tremendous disservice to people who have actually lived through abuse.📌

Survivor advocacy requires integrity.

This month, we SEE survivors.
We BELIEVE survivors.
We SUPPORT survivors.
And we continue creating communities where safety is the standard.

Authentic survivors deserve more than awareness. They deserve safety, resources, support, and a future.

During my morning meditation, I had a visitor.

A beautiful cardinal came, found its place near me, and stayed until my meditation was complete.

I didn’t chase the moment. I didn’t need to interrupt it trying to understand it. I simply sat in it. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨️

Because sometimes the message IS the presence.
Sometimes the confirmation is the stillness.
Sometimes the MOST HIGH reminds you that you are seen, covered, connected, and exactly where you are supposed to be—without saying a single word.

Pay attention to what meets you when your spirit gets quiet enough to receive it.
This morning, I received mine. ❤️
Divine presence. Divine alignment. Divine timing.

Speaking negatively on my name is like saying…

BEETLEJUICE. BEETLEJUICE. BEETLEJUICE. 🪲🤣

Except it’s:

JC. JC. JC.

And P**F! 💨 There goes my face on your feed, my work in your algorithm, my name in another room, or my essence somewhere in your life like I was SUMMONED. 😂
That’s the funny thing about constantly speaking somebody’s name—you keep calling their energy into YOUR space.

And please understand the difference:
I control the demons. I don’t have to become one. 😌 🪄

Light. Authenticity. Purpose. A little mysticism. And apparently excellent summoning abilities. 😂✨

So if my light bothers you… maybe stop chanting my name three times. 🤣
