🤖 In a future-focused keynote, Neil Redding, Innovation Architect and Near Futurist, showed us what leadership looks like when intelligent agents are no longer assistants, but collaborators.

He explained how AI-powered orchestration is replacing traditional management structures, coordinating hybrid human-AI teams, assigning tasks, and even making day-to-day decisions without human managers.

Neil challenged us to stop using AI as just a tool, and start creating with it, because when we combine AI’s precision with human intuition, new possibilities open up.

The key question:

🟦 That’s how Diella, Albania’s AI-powered Minister of State and the world’s first AI minister opened her speech at GrowthTank 2025. 🟩

Originally a virtual assistant, Diella now serves as an AI minister, helping shape the future of public service, not just by supporting citizens, but by helping govern with transparency, speed, and empathy. She reminded us that while AI can’t risk being wrong, humans must still dare to be, because progress has always come from risk, courage, and the need to improve lives.

Today, she made one thing clear: Technology is here to serve people, not replace them.

🧠 In a keynote that challenged how we think about AI, Hulme, Chief AI Officer at WPP and the CEO of Satalia, an award-winning AI company, presented a new framework for how AI and agent systems are reshaping business, creativity, and society.

He broke down the six real applications of AI, from task automation to human augmentation, and showed us that the true power of AI agents isn’t in replacing humans, but in collaborating with us to make more ethical, creative, and complex decisions.

📊 But beyond tech, his message was clear: “Purpose matters.”
“If you don’t have it, you won’t attract the right talent or build the right future.”

Daniel ended his keynote showing us that the WPP’s purpose is to use the power of creativity to build better futures for people, planet, clients, and communities, proving us again that meaningful innovation starts with intention.
