โThere was a Flight Attendant that recognized my need for help when I entered the terminal at drop off - my three year old daughter was having a challenging time and sat down and began to cry. While I was carrying a car seat and three bags my daughter decided to have a fit in the entrance of Terminal 2 at LAX - what a nightmare, I felt like crying myself.
This Flight Attendant took my daughter by the hand and walked us to the pre-screen location. Truly I was blessed by her kindness and willingness to jump in and help me - I did tear up as we were walking to pre-screen. If not for the staff and crew today helping us all along our trip, I would have had a breakdown emotionally.
Traveling is always a challenge with children - today I saw your team members treat me kind through a lens of humanity. It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Team Delta!โ โ Delta Customer from LAX-IAH

โI just want Delta to know that the crew on the flight was wonderful. I have a child with autism. Even though they did not know her condition, they saw and heard how I was struggling to get her comfortable. The two ladies came over and tried to cheer her up, and they kept on asking me what they could do to help or if there was anything they could get me.
Delta has gone above and beyond in customer service. I hope it continues to be like this, and from now on I will be flying Delta.โ โ Delta Customer from MSP-DFW

"I am a pilot for another airline and have been for a couple of decades. I do know what good customer service looks like, but the crew I just had was a joy to watch. They were more attentive than most Iโve seen and looked as if they truly enjoyed what they were doing. That type of customer service cannot be faked.

โI arrived at the airport ready to fly home after finding out my sister had passed away that morning. I was a complete wreck and just couldnโt think clearly. After checking my bag, I somehow found myself back in the check-in line instead of the security line. With tears falling from my eyes, I finally asked someone for assistance. The Delta employee that was there was amazing. He consoled me, personally walked me to where I needed to be instead of just giving me the directions and stood there with me as I cried more tears of pain. God knew that I needed him to be there.
When it was my turn to board, I couldnโt get my phone to scan my boarding pass. I apologized to the gate agent while crying, and he looked at me and said itโs ok. He then asked me if I was ok. I explained, and he asked me if I needed a hug and I said yes. He gave me a sincere hug and gave me his condolences, just as the first Delta employee did.
I wish that I could personally thank them again for going above and beyond their role in helping me find comfort on my way home. Thank you, Delta for the kindness, comfort, and sympathy that you provided me during the darkest moment in my life. I will forever be grateful.โ โ Delta Customer from ATL-DTW

"I was nervous to fly in the middle of the pandemic but was very appreciative of Delta's actions and communication. I was impressed by the frequent, short messages starting a full week before our flight that detailed your protocols, but also explained our options to change or cancel our flight.
The boarding process was smooth, and we felt quite safe on the flight. In fact, I felt safer on the plane than I do going to the grocery store. I truly appreciate Delta's attention to safety and service. It's why I remain a Platinum Member (and hope to remain so beyond this crazy pandemic year).
