WE’RE HIRING – PRODUCTION TEAM
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Bachelor of Science graduate to join our Production Team in a full-time role.
The successful candidate will support:
🔹Production quality & efficiency improvements
🔹 Quality control and production standards
🔹 Data analysis and process improvement
🔹 New product development and product diversification
🔹 Product trials, testing and documentation
🔹 Workplace safety, hygiene and compliance
We’re looking for someone who has
✅ A Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✅ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
✅ Good Microsoft Office and basic data analysis skills
✅ A proactive, innovative and willing-to-learn attitude
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! Previous production, manufacturing, or product development experience is an advantage but not essential.

High Commissioner of Canada visits WIBDI during Measina Festival

His Excellency Keith Smith presented his Letters of Credentials to the Head of State of the Independent State of Samoa, Afioga Tuimaleali’ifano Va’aletoa Sualauvi II, during a formal Credentials Ceremony held at the Official Residence in Vailele on 01st September 2026.

During his time in Samoa, the High Commissioner also visited Women In Business Development Incorporated (WIBDI) as part of the Pasifika WE Guardian Project, where WIBDI serves as an implementing partner. He had the opportunity to meet WIBDI members and observe their work, including demonstrations of Samoa’s treasured Measina such as Ie Samoa and Siapo. 🌺✨

This visit, coinciding with the Measina Festival, was a meaningful occasion to showcase WIBDI’s role in empowering communities, supporting women entrepreneurs and farmers, and promoting sustainable development through culture and tradition.

We sincerely acknowledge and appreciate His Excellency’s visit to WIBDI, which strengthens our partnerships and highlights the importance of collaboration in advancing resilience and celebrating Samoa’s heritage. 🙏

We also extend our gratitude to Samoa Tourism Authority for inviting WIBDI to be part of the very first Measina Festival, a celebration of culture, food, and community.
