Fifteen senior staff members from Electric Power Corporation successfully completed the Customer Service Training conducted by our team today, following two full and intensive days of learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

General Manager Fesolai Faumui Iese Toimoana congratulated the cohort as he officiated the Certificate Presentation ceremony, which marked the conclusion of the program. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of customer service in advancing the Corporation’s vision and highlighted how this training supports that commitment.

All fifteen registered participants successfully completed the program, and we are confident the knowledge and skills gained will further strengthen their service delivery to the people of Samoa.

We kicked off the Electric Power Corporation, Samoa Customer Service Training Program yesterday - an initiative that has been in the pipeline for quite some time.

The session brought together middle management and senior representatives from all nine divisions that collectively form the Corporation powering the nation.

It was truly a privilege to facilitate this knowledge-sharing experience on customer service - from foundational and advanced principles, to the evolution of customer service in today’s digital era, and the growing importance of customer experience. Opportunities like this are always humbling, especially when entrusted with influencing and empowering our workforce through advocating for a more holistic approach to customer service.

Looking forward to the next few days as we continue rolling out this important capacity-building program across the Corporation.

It was a real pleasure to extend our Samoa QualificationsSamoa Qualifications Authority - SQA Service Training to the Electric Power Corporation, Samoa; a vital organization of around 380 employees powering the nation!

Our EMD Open Customer Service Training for the second quarter of the year commenced yesterday.

This two-day program, accredited by the Samoa Qualifications Authority (SQA), provides an excellent opportunity for businesses and government agencies to send representatives to strengthen and enhance their customer service skills.

We sincerely acknowledge and commend all participants for their enthusiasm, commitment, and willingness to learn. Their dedication to improving service delivery will contribute meaningfully to better outcomes and “enhanced customer experience” for our people and communities through their respective organisations.
