Today marked the final day of consultations for a consultancy engagement conducted on behalf of ’s American Samoa and Samoa.

This project focuses on the design and development of a McDonald’s Customized Training Program for the entire team across the two Samoas. Following its design and implementation, the program will also be embedded into the company’s HR processes - a clear reflection of McDonald’s commitment to people development, organizational culture and continuous growth.

Consultations with a management team of nearly 30 leaders across American Samoa and Samoa have been ongoing since June, and today marked the completion of this important phase.

A big thank you to the teams for their valuable insights, openness and engagement throughout the consultation process.

Looking forward to the next phases of this special project for the remainder of the week! 😊

✈️🇼🇸 A BIG BRAVO TO THE SAMOA AIRWAYS TEAM! 👏🥳

Went through 5 different staff members from Airways at Fagali‘i Airport during check-in - about 30 minutes altogether.

And honestly… 4 out of the 5 were VERY impressive! 🥳🤩

It was the little things - the smiles, the greetings, the best choice of words; the verbal and non-verbal interactions, and just the overall way they engaged. Those small moments really do make a difference.

By our unofficial rating, that’s 100% - maybe even a little more! 😂🙌 when measured against the service standards promoted through the famous “Talofa with a Smile” campaign initiative by the Samoa Public Service Commission.

And the 5th staff member? A solid 90% - still pretty good! 👌😊

So, BRAVO Samoa Airways team! 👏👏👏
