PPIU Charts Course to 2030
The PACER Plus Implementation Unit (PPIU) will soon conclude a three-day Strategic Planning Workshop in Apia, 🇼🇸 bringing together staff from across the region to shape the Unit’s direction through 2030 and strengthen how it demonstrates the value and impact of PACER Plus.
Under the theme “One Team, Shared Purpose, Greater Impact,” the workshop is strengthening a shared sense of purpose across PPIU and ensuring the Unit is well positioned to support Parties over the next four years.
The workshop is focused on four key areas:
Building on Phase I: Reflect on lessons learned and strengthen the foundation established during the first phase.
Aligning the team: Building a shared strategic direction and stronger sense of collective purpose across PPIU.
Strengthening delivery: Set clear priorities for leadership, effective operations, performance and accountability.
Delivering impact by 2030: Establish measurable outcomes that support Parties to utilise PACER Plus and realise the benefits of the Agreement.
