Wow it’s been almost a year since our last post - I guess we’ve been pretty busy. No we didn’t close down or anything, we just haven’t had a social media person for over a year now 🤣

Big congrats to our Toa Samoa team for a masterful display of loto nu'u, skills and talent to overcome a 14-man (including ref 😝) English squad to defy all odds and pull through to their 1st ever rugby league grand final, rewriting history yet again in less than a week. You've made our small island nation more than proud and mimita to be Samoan. All the best with preparations towards the final next week. Let's get that cup. God bless Rugby League Samoa (RLS)

Another milestone for EnCode as we celebrate another win. We congratulate Hilton and his team Taro Shield for taking 1st place in the recent SMACK Hackathon hosted by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology's (MCIT) Samoa Computer Emergency Response Team (SamCERT) as the main event for this year’s Cyber Smart Samoa month. Last Friday we bid farewell to the youngest member of our team - Mr. PJ Fruen, who was an intern for us the past 8 weeks under the Samoa Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Internship Programme 2022.
PJ was a participant in this years Youth Co:Lab and is a young entrepreneur who has started his own business designing and selling custom T-Shirts. During his time with us, PJ has been learning how to build his own website for his business. We wish you the very best on your future endeavours and hope we were able to pass on some useful knowledge and skills. Samoa Chamber of Commerce & Industry

It has been a very productive Day 3 with the awesome team from MESC & participants 👏

Our team will join them later this week for the Piloting of Digital Teacher Registration and Licensing System in Savaii 💙

Day 1 & 2 of the online teacher registration and licensing system pilot 💙

EnCode continuously making waves in the digital world together with MESC through the Education Sector Support Program. Completion of the design phase for the School Staffing Management System.

In the coming weeks EnCode will develop a web-based information management system for the School Operations Division (SOD); that will facilitate the administration of the teachers posting process.
