Hi all, thank you for your love and support and encouragement. I am still on the road to recovery- there are good days and bad days…learning a lot about Surrender and Faith. Thankful for my family standing by me and my little one being such a bundle of joy! ✨

Along this healing journey, I have come to realise that the best way for disease prevention/cure is Life Force Enhancement. So here I am learning QiGong and taking back control of my health. Thank you instructors and volunteers! ✨🙌💛🙏

Thankful for my family support during this challenging period. I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone. Blessed to have such a wonderful family so I can focus on healing and not worry about meals and taking care of baby 🥰💛✨

This is so important because a huge part to healing involves Rest and Relaxation so our body can perform it’s miraculous work 🐣

Spirituality is about life- it’s about living right here and right now. Not about preparing for the afterlife or floating on clouds and communing with angels all day. It’s teaching us how to show up to life. Ultimately the simple wisdom is…just enjoy your life.😎

We are programmed to subconsciously seek validation from others. More often than not, we lose bits and pieces of ourselves to gain the approval of others. Underlying it all, is the need and desire for love 💕

When I came across this quote, I found it really powerful as it shares that through the creations of our hearts, we will be able to win that same love of people. Instead of giving ourselves away or shrinking ourselves into a ball to please others, we can focus on finding our truest expression to bring joy both to ourselves and light up the hearts of those around us ❤️🌷✨

Our imagination is more powerful than you think ✨ It is an entire ‘nation’ by itself. Once we understand the power of imaging and visualization, the term we create our own reality takes on a whole new meaning 🌎🍃🌳

Yes! Good shall prevail! Let us all take action and plant the seeds of Life which will birth our Heaven on Earth into Being 🌷🌳✨ Starting with grounding ourselves, healing our pains to become fully embodied, and getting in touch with the soil and Mother Earth.

Our hearts simply longs to find its expression through co-creation ❤️

Many of us enjoy meditation, reading positive affirmations, consulting tarot cards, connecting to Angels and Guides, and perceive ourselves to be highly spiritual people. ✨

As we approach the Golden Age, we need to realize that the time is here where we embrace Spiritual Maturity. Spiritual Maturity is Personal Mastery, it is embodiment, it is nothing fancy, it is having courage to work through our pain instead of spirtually bypassing them.

It is becoming an embodied wayshower. To be grounded, to show up as the most authentic version of ourselves, to allow our heart's expression to flow through our Being and birth-ed into form through our creations 💕🌷

Darkness is simply the absence of light. When we allow the light of our awareness to fall upon our darkest shadows, when we allow ourselves to sit silently and lovingly with the most unlovable parts of ourselves, we reconnect to the radiance of who we really are. In that space, magic happens and darkness is transformed into peace, joy and bliss ✨
