For the last 2 weeks we’ve been able to eat a papaya everyday. Not only are they sweet and satisfying to your soul, they are also very beneficial to our bodies. They are super rich in vitamins A, C and E. They improve your digestion, reduce inflammation and improve the health of your immune system. We really appreciate all the blessings Mother Nature and God has given to us. 🙏🏿🌱🇻🇮

Today is the perfect day to share a collaboration between UpperClass OG and Kai Nielsen, an environmental activist who works with VIEPSCOR.
Through this collaborative effort, we wanted to emphasize the importance of action in regard to maintaining environmental health. Too often in life we find that we are true in word, and false in action. We must put our actions before our words, so that our words carry meaning and true strength.
