USVI BUSINESS LICENSES
● NEW Business License Application (for individuals / sole proprietors / USVI LLCs and USVI corporations).
● Annual renewal of existing Business License (all entities). Fees include filing documents at the agency and consistent personal follow up. USVI TRADENAMES
● NEW Tradename Application (for individuals / sole proprietors and for USVI LLCs and USVI corporations).
● NEW Tradename Application (for foreign / U.S. LLCs or corporations).
● Renew an existing USVI Tradename (renewals are due every 2 years). OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE (please let me know what you're looking for and what you need - we can discuss!):
● Registering your foreign / U.S. LLC or corporation to do business in the USVI.
● Creating a USVI LLC for you (domestic LLC).
● Serving as your USVI Resident Agent if you are not a permanent resident here.

● Assisting you with creating and filing your USVI tax returns at VI Internal Revenue Bureau (Gross Receipts Tax, both monthly and annual returns), 722VI monthly Hotel Tax, annual IRS 8689 and 1040 returns, etc.; personal hand-delivery, following up as required, and obtaining date-stamped copies as proofs of your payment).
● Investigating and assisting in the resolution of local IRB tax issues for you or for your company - please ask me for further details.
