Today, some of our staff members had the privilege of visiting Clare Valley School for an enriching observation experience and the sharing of best practices in education. It was a valuable opportunity to learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas that will continue to strengthen teaching and learning within our school community.
A heartfelt thank you to the Principal and staff of Clare Valley School for the warm welcome, openness, and insightful discussions. Together, we grow stronger through collaboration and shared experiences in education. 📚✨

☀️Learning Without Walls! 🌳📝
Our grade 3 students traded four walls for fresh air and sunshine by taking their Language Arts (Composition) class outdoors!
Taking lessons outside boosts engagement, sparks creativity and turns learning into an adventure. Our students were completely locked in! 💡🙌

Wow, look at all this incredible creativity!
Our students and teachers have absolutely outdone themselves for our Maths Door Competition! 🚪✨
From building a strong foundation to seeing how math works in everyday life, our school doors have been transformed into colorful, interactive masterpieces under the theme: "Math Skills Loading... Building Problem Solvers for the Future!" 🧠💡
Whether it’s counting up the stairs, diving into fractions, exploring geometry, or running a busy "Math Market," our classrooms are officially bursting with mathematical genius.

Math + Mangroves = A Day of Discovery!
What an incredible time we had! To wrap up our Child’s Month celebrations and put a spectacular exclamation point on Math Week, the students of Evesham Methodist School took a trip to the Prospect Mangrove Conservation Park!
Under this year’s theme, "Math Skills Loading: Building Problem Solvers for the Future," our students stepped out of the classroom and into nature. They spent the day exploring the environment, appreciating the beauty of the mangroves, and connecting real-world problem-solving with the great outdoors. From packed lunches on blankets to interactive learning with their peers, it was truly a memorable and enriching experience for everyone.
A huge thank you to our amazing parents, guardians, and teachers for making this trip such a success.

🍿 SOLD OUT IN RECORD TIME! 🍿
Our sweet Kindergarteners had everyone completely charmed at the Popcorn Sale at the Math Market! Honestly, with voices that adorable, how could anyone pass by without buying a bag? 😍
Because of their amazing sales team, they were the very first class to completely sell out! Math skills, customer service, and a whole lot of cuteness, they nailed it! 💙✨

MATH MARKET MADNESS!
Our Numeracy Week (June 1st–5th) was an absolute blast, and one of the biggest highlights was definitely our Math Market!
Our students turned into mini-entrepreneurs for the day, selling items to their peers and teachers.
This wasn't just fun, it was real-world math in action! From calculating totals to accurately counting out change, our young vendors put their money management and problem-solving skills to the test. 🧠✨
The energy was electric, and the learning was unmatched! A huge thank you to our incredible students, supportive teachers and parents. You made it a roaring success! 🥳👏

Happy National Spiritual Baptist Day to all who celebrate! 🇻🇨✨
On Tuesday, our school proudly joined in the observance of National Spiritual Baptist Day as we welcomed members of the Spiritual Baptist faith community to our school for a special morning devotion.
We were especially honored to have members of Mount Siani Spiritual Baptist Church spend time with our students and staff, sharing valuable lessons about the Spiritual Baptist faith, its history, traditions, and importance within our culture and community.
Our students were excited and curious, and it was truly heartwarming to see little minds asking thoughtful questions and engaging in meaningful conversations. The session created an atmosphere of learning, respect, unity, and spiritual reflection for both students and teachers alike.
We extend sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who took the time to visit our school and make Tuesday's experience so special and memorable. Your words of encouragement, wisdom, and fellowship were greatly appreciated.

A Prayer for Our Students
Heavenly Father, we lift up these Grade 6 students to You as they embark on their CPEA examinations. Grant them clarity of mind, stillness of heart, and a sharp memory to recall all they have learned. May Your peace, which passes all understanding, settle over them, replacing any anxiety with a sense of calm confidence in the strength You provide. Bless their efforts and guide them to do their very best. In Your name, we pray. Amen.
