Our hard working teams went out this morning to effect line repairs at Argyle and Gorse.

Repairs at Argyle have been completed but rain has slowed progress on repairs at Gorse, which is expected to be completed today. 💧🇻🇨

WORK IN PROGRESS;

Motorists are asked to proceed with caution in the vicinity of Allan Dean's Batching Plant in Argyle, as work progresses on the repair of the 8” transmission main in Argyle.

The Central Water and Sewerage Authority wishes to notify motorists and residents of Sion Hill, Sandy Bay, in the vicinity of the Clinic at the base of the hill, that we will be conducting roadwork in the aforementioned area, beginning Tuesday September 1st, 2026.

As a result, the regular flow of traffic will be disrupted while work is underway. Motorists are advised to expect delays and to drive with caution.

The Central Water and Sewerage Authority wishes to notify residents in the following communities that their water supply will be disrupted tomorrow, Sunday August 30th, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;

This disruption is to facilitate emergency repairs of two damaged main pipelines; a 12” main in Gorse and an 8” main in Argyle on the Jennings Water Supply System.
