Sexual Offences Unit SVG
The goal of the Sexual Offences Unit is to provide the best police and social services available to victims of sexual crimes.
The Unit aims to accomplish this task by conducting thorough and detailed investigations of all sexual offences that are reported MISSION STATEMENT: To prevent all forms of Sexual Violence against Vincentians and its visitors through advocacy, educational and outreach programs, and partnering with various stakeholders in combatting Sexual abuse by strengthening family dynamics and to conduct thorough and detailed investigation of Sexual Offences in a professional, confidential and timely manner.

Station Sergeant 712 Williams joined the Grade 2 students in singing the “My Body Is Mine” song as part of the session that occurred on Thursday 12 March, 2026.

On Thursday 12th March 2026 at approximately 10:00 a.m., Station Sergeant 712 Williams, Corporal 716 Daniel, PC 718 Walker, PC 165 Ballantyne-Soleyn, and PC 1144 Lavia visited Kingstown Preparatory School where they conducted an informative presentation for the Grade 2 students on child sexual abuse and grooming.
PC 718 Walker joined the Grade 3 students of the Kingstown Preparatory School in singing the “My Body Is Mine” song as part of the session.
PC 165 Ballantyne-Soleyn encouraged the Grade 3 students to speak up and report any inappropriate touching as part of the informative session.

On Wednesday 11th March 2026 at approximately 10:00 a.m., Corporal 716 Daniel, PC 718 Walker, PC 165 Ballantyne-Soleyn, and PC 1144 Lavia visited Kingstown Preparatory School where they conducted an informative session with the Grade 3 students on child sexual abuse and grooming. The students were very receptive and expressed their appreciation for the session.

On Monday 9th March 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Corporal 599 Jordon and PC 1141 Delpesche visited Kingstown Preparatory School where they delivered an informative session to Grade 3 students on the topics of child sexual abuse and grooming. The students were very receptive and expressed their appreciation for the session.
At the conclusion of the session, Jared Pompey of Grade 3R9 delivered the vote of thanks on behalf of the students.
