Trust me when I tell you…

Taking your business from an idea to reality is really, really hard! It takes a whole lot of grit, hard work and determination.

Even more so, it takes meticulous planning ahead for at least the next 12 months and even better for the next 3-5 years.

Most small and micro enterprise owners/founders don’t take the time and effort to do this and hence the reason why most of these types of businesses fail in their first year!

My own small business: Pimento Foods SVG🇻🇨, #1 source in the World 🌎 for authentic Vincentian🇻🇨 food, will mark two (2) years in existence this coming April.

While I pray there’s a lot further to go, by God’s grace; we’ve (me + my team) have only been able to make it this far because of a having a solid business plan from the very start!

As you know, I’m obsessed with growth and plan to continue doing so in 2023 via vertical integration. At the moment, Pimento Foods SVG🇻🇨 is forced to purchase provisions at market prices. However, we have begun cultivating our own provisions and will hope to start reaping the reward of higher gross profit margins by June-July this year.

Rest assured though, our longer term vision of becoming the first Globally renowned Vincentian🇻🇨 brand is still very much in tact. This we hope to accomplish via Global expansion. The strategy will be to set up our signature Pimento Foods mobile restaurants at strategic locations around the World with high concentrations of Vincentian nationals!
