В понедельник 18го июня 2018г. проект «МТР» провел мероприятие посвященное завершению своей деятельности.

Финансируемый Европейским Союзом проект «МТР» действующий уже на протяжении 5 лет организовал деловые стажировки для 162 менеджеров предприятий малого бизнеса и частного предпринимательства, в том числе 18 сотрудников организаций по поддержке бизнеса. Проект охватил 22 сектора экономики. Секторами, делегирующими самое большое количество менеджеров – кандидатов на прохождение стажировок, стали производство продуктов питания, производство одежды, строительных материалов, информационные технологии, логистика, консалтинг и сельское хозяйство. Самыми популярными странами для стажировок оказались Италия, Латвия, Нидерланды, Германия и Греция.

Так же в рамках проекта была организована программа «Тренинг для Тренеров (ТоТ)», в результате которой были обучены и сертифицированы 15 тренеров, которые предоставили бесплатные тренинги для предпринимателей в 6 учебных центрах при ТПП, расположенных в 6 регионах Узбекистана. Были разработаны 12 руководств по 88 тематикам для обучения и консультирования МЧБ.

Посол Делегации ЕС, г-н Эдуардс Стипрайс и председатель Торгово-промышленной палаты Республики Узбекистан рассказали о результатах сотрудничества между ЕС и Узбекистаном, а также выразили уверенность в продолжении сотрудничества в рамках других проектов.

4 managers from Namangan region started their internship in Greece from “AGROTICA 2018 - the 27th International Fair for Agricultural Machinery, Equipment and Supplies” which took place on February 1 to February 4 in Thessaloniki. Messrs. Odilbek Burkhanov, Khusanboy Usmanov, Komiljon Bakiev and Raufjon Maksudov have had B2B meetings with more than 20 EU companies resulting in established business contacts and further internship at the selected Greek companies.
The group of managers were accompanied by the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan headed by the First Deputy Chairman Mr.Islam Djasimov.

4 предпринимателя из Наманганской области начали свою стажировку в Греции с участия в 27й Международной выставке сельскохозяйственного техники и оборудования «AGROTICA 2018», которая прошла с 1 по 4 февраля в г.Салоники. Г-да Одилбек Бурханов, Комилжон Бакиев, Хуршид Усманов и Рауфжон Максудов провели В2В встречи с более 20 европейскими компаниями и установили деловые контакты. По итогам данных встреч, предприниматели проходят ряд тренингов и стажировок в выбранных компаниях.
Группу предпринимателей сопровождали представители Торгово-промышленной палаты Республики Узбекистан во главе с первым заместителем г-ном Исламом Жасимовым.

Namangan viloyatining 4 nafar tadbirkor Gretsiyada 1-4 fevral kunlari Salonikada bo'lib o'tgan 27-Xalqaro qishloq xo'jaligi texnikasi va uskunalari "AGROTICA-2018" ko'rgazmasida ishtirok etdi. Janoblar Odilbek Burxanov, Komiljon Bakiev, Xurshid Usmonov va Raufjon Maksudov 20dan ziyod Yevropa kompaniyalari bilan uchrashuvlar o'tkazdi va biznes aloqalarini yo'lga qo'ydi. Mazkur uchrashuvlar natijasida tadbirkorlar tanlangan kompaniyalarda qator treninglar va amaliyot o'tashadi.
Tadbirkorlar guruhiga O'zbekiston Respublikasi Savdo-sanoat palatasining birinchi o’rinbosari Islom Jasimov boshchiligidagi delegatsiya hamrohlik qilmoqda.

On December 16th, MTP project conducted networking event for the new selected managers and “alumni” managers. The purpose of such events is to make new connections among managers, share experience. More than 30 participants attended the event and had the opportunity to meet project’s new Team Leader, Antonio Castro. Representative of EBRD project, Ms. Nazira Dadakhanova also presented possible opportunities for companies at the new project “Advise for Small Businesses”. We were glad to see how our alumni, especially Indira Isaeva, Rano Sidikova, Rakhim Khakimov, Jamshid Usmonov, Jakhongir Kurbanov, Ildar Yusupov, Aziz Ernazarov shared their experience from internships with the new managers who are only at the start of their journey to the European Union.

Final cycle of preparatory training in Karshi for participants from Samarkand, Bukhara, Navoi, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Khorezm regions was conducted this week from November 27 to November 29. Participants had the opportunity to learn how to present themselves and their company, ways to find a business partner and established a strong network. The training was conducted at the "Exclusive Education and Business" Training Centre which was established and licensed under the Capacity Building component of the Project.

On November 21-22 Project team conducted second cycle of Preparatory Training in Namangan for SME managers from Namangan and Andijan regions.
Participants had the opportunity to learn and discuss European management styles, differences in business culture and etc.
The event was conducted at “Zamonaviy Kelajak Ta'lim”, Training Centre under CCIU which was established within the Capacity Building component of the Project.

The first week of November 2017 was very productive for MTP Project team. On November 1st Mr.Antonio Castro had his first visit to the MTP office in Tashkent as Project Team Leader. He succeeded this position from Mr.Grigorios Kontzoglou, who ran this project since the beginning in 2013 till the end of the first phase in March 2017.
On November 6-8, Project team conducted preparatory training for managers from Tashkent city and Tashkent region who were selected to go through business internship at European companies. During the training such topics as effective business communication, time management, looking for business partners and etc. were discussed. MTP 2016 alumni Mr.Shukhrat Khudoyberganov and Mr.Alisher Makhmudov shared their practical experience with the new group of managers.

On September 22-23 and 29-30, 2017 Karakalpak Training Centre “Qaraqalpak Biznes Ta’lim” conducted two independent seminars on “Business Planning”. Seminars were aimed at entrepreneurs and managers of small businesses. In general, 25 people took part in both seminars, 12 of which were women. The seminar was held in the building of the Training Center and was organized by the own, financial and human efforts of the working group of the Karakalpak Training Center. Presentation, handouts, videos and other visual aids were used in the seminars. In general, participants were satisfied with the seminar and spoke positively.

September 30-October 1 in Tashkent and October 1 in Samarkand Business Forum "Uzbekistan-Greece" was held, the main content of which - direct bilateral meetings of Greek and Uzbek businessmen. From the Greek side, more than twenty businessmen attended the Business Forum, who represent a wide business range: the production of fertilizers and agricultural machinery, the construction of waste processing plants, the supply of seafood and olive oil, winemaking, real estate sales, cotton processing, alternative energy, medicine and pharmaceuticals, tourism, production and supply of building materials, seedlings, etc. Representatives of Greek business are looking for partners for long-term cooperation.

Project MTP internship participants organized second in a row networking event for new business connections and exchange of business contacts and ideas. Each participant shared their own business profile, products and services provided by their company and found new business partners for future joint projects. Such networking events will be organized on regular basis and all MTP internship participants are encouraged to attend.

Project MTP is announcing a call for applications for Business Support Organization (BSO) experts to carry out business internships in EU Business Support Organizations.
