Налог с оборота - один из видов налогообложения для юридических лиц. Согласно Налоговому кодексу РУз на данную систему уплаты налогов можно перейти добровольно или выбрать его в качестве основного при регистрации компании.

Разбираем подробнее:

🧮 Предприятия, чей совокупный доход в течение года не превышает 1 млрд сум - могут уплачивать налог с оборота, вместо налога на прибыль и НДС.

При этом, компании могут самостоятельно выбрать в каком формате производить уплату налога:

▪️В единой ставке 4% от совокупного дохода;
▪️В фиксированной сумме. Здесь также доступны две опции:
➖ для компаний, с совокупным годовым доходом менее 500 млн сум - налог равен 20 млн сум в год;
➖ для компаний, с годовой доходностью свыше 500 млн сум - налог равен 30 млн сум в год.

Выплаты налога при выборе опции фиксированной суммы, должны производиться ежемесячно до 15 числа в размере около 1,5 млн в месяц или 2,5 млн в месяц в зависимости от доходности вашей компании.

📝 Если вы планируете перейти на налог с оборота вместо налога на прибыль и НДС, и ваша компания соответствует критериям годовой доходности для налога с оборота - вам необходимо направить уведомление в налоговую не позднее 10 дней до начала следующего месяца.

Компании, совокупный годовой доход которых превышает 1 млрд сум, в обязательном порядке переводятся на уплату налога на прибыль и НДС.
