Last week, we had the pleasure of joining the City of Wellton Community & Resource Fair, where we connected with community members and supported their health and well‑being. We provided blood pressure and glucose screenings, along with information about Sunset Health services helping individuals and families access valuable health resources. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful community event. 🌱
