Hello🌺🌺I’m Caity, 29 years old & the creator of sun and moon sound.

🌵I was born & raised in Yuma, AZ, went off to explore for 10 years & returned home about 1 year ago. 🌵🌵
🌻I’ve always had an adventurous spirit & a very curious mind. Ever since I can remember, I was the extremely shy, nervous bookworm with anxious tendencies. 😹😹 Perfectionist behavior was my norm as well as a never ending lineup of questionable (disordered) eating habits. 😵💫😵💫😵💫
👽As weird as it sounds, being human has never come easy to me. I constantly struggled with feeling good in the present moment & confident in my heart, mind & skin. 👽
🧘🏻♀️I was on a mission to somehow feel cool, calm & collected on the inside. 🧘🏻♀️
I’ve done A LOT of bizarre things to gain some sort of peace of mind from buying millions of herbs, colon hydrotherapy, moving to a new city with not a plan in sight (sorry mom), extreme exercise, solo traveling (sorry mom), eating only fruits, to fasting for 17 days in the Costa Rican jungle on nothing but WATER 🤯🤯..
✨✨✨While all of the above were definitely beneficial, it was only until I attended my first sound bath at yoga studio in West Hollywood that something truly clicked for me. ✨✨✨
All the while I was constantly searching & seeking for IT outside of myself when IT was actually inside of me the whole time. I was completely enamored! ♥️
💡💡💡Lying down, eyes closed, focusing on my breath, listening to heavenly tones was my answer. Ever since that moment I attended weekly sound baths until I moved home and could not find them anywhere. 💡💡
☀️That is when the sun and moon sound den was born. I truly believe every single human can benefit from sound meditation. 🌙🌙Every day I continue to learn & expand my knowledge on this mysterious phenomenon which we refer to as sound. ☀️
