NOW HIRING – POOL SERVICE TECH I

Bad Hawk Pool Pro is growing, and we are now accepting applications for a Pool Service Technician.

No pool experience is required. We will train the right candidate before they begin servicing pools independently.

What We Provide:
- Company work truck (Ice Chest Included)
- Company work phone
- Pool cleaning equipment
- Chemical stock
- Paid training
- All tools and supplies necessary to perform the job
- Opportunities for advancement and promotion

The company phone will be used for service logs, client records, team messaging, and work-related calls.

Starting Pay:
- $1,280 every two weeks (bi-weekly)

Work Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Wednesday and weekends off
- Occasional Wednesday and weekend work may be available for additional hours when needed

Requirements:
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Must know how to drive a manual transmission truck (we will not provide training for this)
• Reliable and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat
• Must pass a background check

Important:
• This position includes a 90-day introductory period.
• This is a full-time position. Applicants must be available during normal work hours. We are unable to work around school schedules or limited availability.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works independently, and wants to build a career with a growing company. As Bad Hawk Pool Pro continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, promotion, and higher pay for team members who demonstrate strong work ethic and leadership.
