Good day This is to think Dr Pastor Phil And again we're in Acts 19 Expect the Spirit of God to do something incredibly great for you And in verse 7 let's see what Paul is doing These 12 there were about 12 men in all who'd just been baptized under the power of the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues prophesying a great move of God in their life And he went into the synagogue For 3 months spoke boldly reasoning and arguing and persuading them about the kingdom of God But when some were becoming hardened and disobedient to the Word of God discrediting and speaking evil of the Way Jesus and Christianity before the congregation Paul left them taking the disciples with him and went on holding daily discussions in the lecture hall of Tyrannus instead of in the synagogue This continued for 2 years so that all the inhabitants of the west coast province of Asia Jews as well as Greeks heard the Word of the Lord concerning eternal salvation through faith in Jesus Christ So here's what's happening The same model we've seen over and over Paul goes in speaks to those who have a foundation of faith in God that have a relationship over time and says "Now here's the culmination of that Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit." And and he continued and worked with them until they became obstinate And then he said "Okay I'm not here to cause division." And he took those who were not obstinate who were receptive into the Hall of Tyrannus and taught for 2 years Now he didn't just teach to Ephesus 'cause Ephesus was a center in the area So people were coming from all other cities and towns and learning Paul established a school of ministry right there in Ephesus to teach the entire area For 2 years he taught and people would come in and out and receive the gospel receive the power of the Holy Spirit receive good solid teaching and then go out into other areas and establish solid teaching in the power of the Holy Spirit in the gospel and the salvation of Jesus Christ into those areas What an amazing power of God that the Holy Spirit has worked through Paul starting with these 12 men who had been faithful disciples to repent and turn their lives over to God in the very beginning You know it doesn't take a lot It could just be you and a few friends that could start a great move of God in your city and your area to see what God wants to do Father I pray for my friend right now that they'd gather a few friends and they'd begin to diligently search the Word and and link together just as we do right here on the Morning Moment Father What if you-- Father would you raise up 12 powerful disciples right here on the Morning Moment who say "I'll get into studying beyond just the the little two and a half minutes every day," but but become great disciple of Jesus Christ that the gospel would extend in all directions I love you because the great love Jesus loves you Be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.
