This handsome 5-year-old Labrador has been through unimaginable pain.
Just days ago, he was shot and left fighting for his life. The injuries were devastating. He arrived at the veterinary hospital with severe trauma, including a ruptured bladder and extensive damage to his intestines. Emergency surgery was his only chance, and surgeons worked tirelessly to save him.
Despite everything he has endured, this boy remains gentle, kind, and trusting. He wags his tail, keeps his kennel clean, knows basic commands, and still looks at people with hope in his eyes.
His owners have done everything they could financially and were faced with the heartbreaking decision of euthanasia. When we learned about his story, we knew we had to try.
❤️ Angel Fund OKC has stepped in to give him a chance.
He has a very long road ahead. He will require ongoing wound care, treatment for infection, bandage changes, medications, and intensive medical management. The costs are significant, but we believe his life is worth fighting for.
We are asking our village to come together for him:

This boy has already survived so much. Now he just needs people willing to stand beside him while he fights for the rest of his journey.
