The Pleasant Valley Museum is currently looking for folks that would be interested in being Docents at the museum. It is really very easy - you would just work one shift every month or two. The museum is open on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm, April through October. Our volunteer docents always work alongside one of our officers.

You don't need to know everything about Pleasant Valley history, it is a great way to learn about our community!

We are planning a Docent Training next Saturday, June 6th at 11:00 am at the museum. Even if you just have questions about what a docent does - please feel free to find out more about how you can volunteer at the museum.

Ladies & Girls - please join us for our annual Ladies Tea at the museum!

The monthly meeting of the Pleasant Valley Historical Society is tomorrow May 12, 11:30 am at the museum. All are welcome to attend!

Come on down to the Veterans Center… food is about to be served. We are selling raffle tickets for a John Norman table! $5 for one ticket, $10 for 3 tickets!

The museum is open today… stop by and say hello! We are open until 2pm!

We need our community to come together to preserve the history of Pleasant Valley! You don't need to know everything (or anything) about our valley - you just need to be willing to learn and work with some very fun folks! Stop by the museum any Saturday from 10am to 2pm - we would love to tell you more about the Pleasant Valley Historical Society and Museum!

Excited for the Spring Bake Sale tomorrow at the museum from 9 am to 2pm! Rumor has it there will be delicious pies available, but come early… they sell out fast!
