I've been dreaming about theseslow roasted lemon broth potatoes (called ellinikos lemon patatas) I had in Greece earlier this year and I finally found a recipe for them that almost matched perfectly. I added some chili flakes, my homemade bone broth, and some lemon zest as well. Paired with pork souvlaki kabobs, Mediterranean couscous salad, and some toum for dipping.

Just finished this Gran Marnier ginger cranberry sauce that made my non-cranberry eating husband excited to eat it on turkey tomorrow.

Flying all day from the West Coast and going right from the airport to see one of my favorite people who's visiting for a conference all while going out to one of my top five restaurants on the East Coast?! Couldn't ask for a better welcome home.
