Official Clarification Regarding Pophie Global Availability 📌

Regarding the recent concerns about regional availability, we would like to provide an official clarification.

Our original plan was to gradually complete localization improvements for different countries and regions after the crowdfunding campaign ended, and then progressively open sales in those markets.

Our intention was never to restrict purchases, but rather to ensure that users could enjoy a more complete localized experience and better support after purchasing Pophie.

However, after carefully listening to community feedback, we realized that this approach could easily create concerns and misunderstandings regarding future availability.

Therefore, we have adjusted our plan:

After the current crowdfunding campaign ends, Pophie and related accessories will be made available globally through our official channels.

At the same time, we will continue improving localization features and services based on the actual needs of different regions.

Our goal has always remained the same:

To ensure that every user who receives Pophie can enjoy the best possible experience.

We also recognize that our earlier consideration of this matter was not thorough enough. As a result, we made a decision that caused real concern, frustration, and even panic for some users regarding future availability.

We sincerely apologize for the stress and uncertainty this created.

Thank you for speaking up so quickly and honestly. Your feedback helped us recognize the issue in time and make the necessary changes.
