We’re down in New Park tonight for a site meeting, getting ready to kick off the electrical rough in for this new build next week!

This one will be getting a 400a service (2 of your standard 200a panels) to support two kitchens and some serious HVAC equipment.

We’re replacing this old Zinsco panel today for a homeowner. Panels like these are well known fire hazards due to breakers that can fail to trip properly, leading to overheating and potential electrical fires.

If your home has a Zinsco, Federal Pacific (FPE), or other outdated panel, it’s worth having it evaluated. These panels are widely documented for safety concerns and are often recommended for replacement.

Another basement transformation in the books!

Noah and Ty wrapped up this pipe mast service and panel upgrade this morning. The old 100a service was decayed and using a wooden mast. Our customer wisely elected to upgrade to 200a which is always a solid choice as our homes continue to demand more and more energy. He had a very outdated pushmatic panel we upgraded to a brand new Square D Homeline model with more circuit capacity as well.
