I remember thinking cilantro and onions use to be basic ingredients in a taco. But when they’re sourced from farm that KNOWS HOW TO GROW, & not just grow to make money. The cilantro and onions in the carnitas are the perfect pair.

We aren’t open today but the soanish heritage festival at St. Mary’s is happening and it’s so much fun! Good fun, GREAT EATS, and the proceeds go to a good cause. P.S the pupusas are fire!
