Hi, I’m Heather Mannino. As an administrator, I serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, maintaining open and honest communication between them and our agents. I assist our administrative team with data entry, exceptional customer service, and detailed recordkeeping for both clients and agents. The simple things in life bring me the most joy. If I had to describe my work style in three words, they would be logical, detail-oriented, and realistic. The best advice I’ve ever received is that everyone puts their pants on one leg at a time—no one walking this earth is better than another. Stay humble.
