Roll Excavation, LLC is a growing excavation and trucking company serving Southern Maine and New Hampshire. We specialize in paving support, aggregate hauling, and milling operations, working closely with major contractors and plants in the region.

We are looking for reliable, professional CDL drivers to join our team for both day and night shift positions.

What We Do
- Hauling aggregate (sand, gravel, stone) plant-to-plant and to job sites
- Supporting asphalt paving operations
- Hauling milled material during roadway milling jobs
- Working with established paving crews and production schedules
- Operating well-maintained, late-model tri-axle dump trucks

Position Overview
- Day Shift: Typically tied to plant hours and daytime site work
- Night Shift: Paving operations (generally 9 PM – early morning)
- Consistent, steady hours during the construction season
- Local work, home daily

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck in all job conditions
- Transport materials to and from job sites and plants
- Work efficiently with paving and milling crews
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain clean and professional equipment
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B License
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong dependability and work ethic (this is critical)
- Experience with dump trucks or construction hauling preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced paving environments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during peak season

Night shift: $38–$42 per hour
