Cody Balmer the man accused of attacking Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro was denied bail during his  arraignment hearing Monday at the Magisterial District court in Dauphin County.

WPMT FOX43 is currently at the Governors Mansion in Harrisburg where Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a fire at the Governor's Residence, on North Front Street in Harrisburg, that is believed to have been an act of arson.

CONTINUING COVERAGE: Recovery efforts still continue to search the Potomac River after an American Airlines plane carrying 64 people collided with an army helicopter, near Washington. D.C.
During a press conference earlier it was confirmed 28 bodies have been recovered one of which is from the black hawk helicopter.

Now that it's light out, we have a better look at the damage. Tyler Poglitsch is LIVE following an overnight fire at the former Harrisburg State Hospital. The chief says no one was hurt and they are investigating how it started.
The Harrisburg Historic Association was planning on giving its' final tour of the hospital this upcoming weekend. And in August, future plans for the site were announced with a planned demolition and $450 million dollar lab facility in the works.
