THURSDAY MORNING SALUTATIONS @ 8am- for my earlier risers looking to begin their day with groundedness, heat and endurance.

FRIDAY DYNAMIC MOVEMENTS@ 6:30pm- This class will focus on natural movement and introduce some intermediate postures and creative transitions. Playful, fun.
