A lot of what we buy today is a product of a complex supply chaināa long, complicated journey from a place you canāt see to a place you donāt know.
The taste is a little flat.
The connection is gone. But there was an era when you knew your food. When you could buy it directly from the person who grew it. That era didnāt disappear. It just got harder to find.
This isnāt just a patty. Itās a time machine that takes you back to that moment. A taste of a simpler time. A flavor that proves some things donāt need a factory. They just need a farmer.
