Founded in 1999, Union Packaging (UP) is a manufacturer of FDA-compliant paperboard food packaging. UP's experienced team combine their knowledge and expertise to help meet the needs of their customers and help them achieve the goals they strive for. Deeply committed to our customers' success, Union Packaging staff take the time to challenge assumptions and ask important questions to help develop new ideas and produce innovative folding carton solutions for companies of all sizes. Our production staff hold decades of experience working in all aspects of the manufacturing process, from operating production floor machinery to providing quality control and oversight. Our customer service team is committed to understanding the customer and the consumer, and maintaining open, effective and responsive communication. Our accounting team leverages its vast resources to ensure that we deliver competitive pricing on all of our custom printed items. LBP Manufacturing LLC Buys Union Packaging LBP Manufacturing LLC announced it has acquired Union Packaging, a leading producer of fry cartons, chicken nugget boxes and other paper-based packaging products to national quick-service restaurants. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
